A Picnic Therapy

Loneliness is one of the unpleasant response we get when we feel isolated. And it can sometimes bring its own overwhelming psychological pain into our lives. It is therefore necessary to often seek connection and well meaning interactions and intimacy as we journey through life. As part of the Mental Health Awareness Month, The adult anonymous community is encouraging you to be part of its picnic therapy event which seeks to encourage and to build meaningful connections with our friends, family, colleagues and our communities and also find coping skills and tools to help us navigate through the lonely seasons of our lives.
